after lorraine cooked green bean casserole for us at her place, this has become quite a regular dish on our table.
next to broccoli, this is the only other green veg the boys would eat.
they love the fried French onions. especially after it has been "crisped" up in the oven. yum!
jerald calls it "fried ernie". jerome would continue with "fried elmo, fried grover, fried big bird..." :)
